Mr. Chandramouli speaks of the various aspects of the Hindu faith, and the ways in which the Hindu tenets can be applied to the question of homosexuality and intersexuality.

I am born into Hindu family I don't know about scriptures but in my experience as an Hindu what all I learned I would like to say that. Being born as an Hindu there are 4 pursuits in Hinduism they are Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. We begin with a puja in the morning where we chant dharmartha kama moksha chaturvidha pala purushartha siddhyartham. That means through Dharma, Dharma is the base for any Religion, what is Dharma, living in truthfulness, honesty, sincerity, integrity and doing work without any expectation in life. That is Dharma. Though there is only one Dharma religions are many. All religions are based on Dharma only. as per our Hindu Dharma every individual should abide by Dharma, through Dharma should earn Artha means earnings, value, money, power whatever you want to earn as a human being that is called Artha. You should earn your earnings according to the dharma. Kama means enjoying whatever you earned according to the Dharma. Whenever a human being is earning and enjoying the Artha according to Dharma, that person will get Moksha. What is Moksha? As saints said self realization, who are you, self realization is Moksha.

In Hindu scriptures a person is divided into two parts Prakruti and Purushartha. Prakruti means this body, the ego and the prushartha means self realization, the realization of Atman. Every person when he leads in Dharma, Artha and Kama, in Darma line he leads to self realization. Who I am, what I am, where I am, how I am and then the eternal bliss will come.
What is this self realization? It is the Mukthi, self realization is the Mikthi to skip from the punarapi jananam punarapi maranam i.e getting released from the family bondage and getting void from rebirth is the Mukthi.l
Looking at the present people we don't have the respect for each other. We don't treat another person as a human being. That humanity is not there with us. I am deeply hurt seeing that we are not human beings. When you see a picture, villain catch hold of a weak point and give a punch there we feel very bad. When we feel very bad seeing that in the picture when we see the inhuman behavior fo the people everyday I am deeply hurt. I pray at least now people should become human beings with all the human values because we are all humans. There is only one Dharma that is Manava Dharma, there is only one Religion, one sun, one moon and one religion. I feel we should live in one religion that is human religion before we divide ourselves in different religions.
Thank you.
