Summary: Footage from the day spent with Selina Uttankar, a native of Manori Village, Mumbai documenting her movement patterns in the city. Traditional Koli occupation. Selina gets of the bus to take the ferry from Malad Jetty to Manori Village. She shares a tempo rickshaw and gets home by noon.
Fisherwoman Shilu with her basket and bag gets off the BEST bus and walks towards the Marve ferry point. She stops to chat with her friends. Manori shore in the horizon
Marve Ferry Point
Shilu hitches her sari and wades through ankle-deep water towards the approaching ferry. She waits in line to climb aboard along with other fisherfolk, tourists and goods-carriers. They climb up a steep concrete ramp.. no steps!

Manori Ferry Point
Shilu and others get off the ferry, on the Manori side. She boards a tempo-rickshaw to go home.
Travel shot, fisherwomen ride a tempo rickshaw through Manori village. They offer prayers to various crosses along the way. Marve and t.v. tower visible in the horizon.
Shilu gets off the tempo rickshaw, puts down her things, runs back to pay and enters her home.
