INT. TAXI - DAY
Aliya is sitting in a taxi listening to the radio.
RADIO
It passed in one chamber parliament before stalling out...
but then came another proposal, arguing that witches should be penalized if the predictions they make don't turn out to be true.
The harsh, stabbing back and forth of men arguing reach the taxi.
ALIYA
Stop... Stop! Reverse... reverse.
As the cab backs up she ruffles through her bag and pulls out her camera. She slings her bag and the camera around her neck and grabs hold of her cane. As soon as the cab halts, she crosses the street.
She stops at the median and starts clicking. On the other side of the road two men try and grapple each other while quarreling loudly.
