Summary: Footage from the day spent with Selina Uttankar, a native of Manori Village, Mumbai documenting her movement patterns in the city. Selina (Shilu), her sister Lilu and their colleague Hareshwar go to the Elphinstone fish market and return to Manori.
Dawn, before sunrise, leaving Manori by ferry to Malad Jetty and Auto rickshaw to Malad Station with her sister and another colleague with kilos of fish.

Ferry approaches the jetty against a dark sky. Sounds of men and women shouting and lights reflecting off the water in the background. The ferry stops and people board along with baskets of fish.

Shilu, Lilu, and Hareshwar stand up and prepare to get off the ferry against a dawn sky with a t.v tower in the horizon. They load baskets on to each other's heads and call for the porter (hamal).
They get off ferry with baskets on their heads, and walk along the shore carrying the baskets towards parked cars and trucks.

Load baskets into a rickshaw, which drives away towards the station with 3 people and 3 baskets.
Rickshaws adapt to situations easily. Fisherwomen and their cargo are grudgingly accepted passengers on public buses.
